About these terms
These terms govern your use of smartmoney.pk and the Smart Money PSX and Smart Money Global services, our courses and related communications ("the Service"). By creating an account or paying for a plan or course you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Risk Disclaimer.
Accounts
- You must give accurate details — name, email, mobile number, city and profession — and verify your email address.
- Accounts are personal. Do not share your login; we may suspend accounts that show signs of shared or automated use.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.
Subscriptions
- Smart Money PSX and Smart Money Global are separate services. A plan in one market gives no access to content in the other.
- Pro gives access to Freemium and Pro content of that market; Premium to all content of that market. Freemium content requires a free verified account.
- Each subscription runs for its billing period (one calendar month or one year) from activation and has its own expiry. Renewing early adds a new period after the current one ends.
- Upgrading from Pro to Premium starts immediately; the unused part of your Pro period is credited against the Premium price in the same market.
- You can switch renewal off at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
- We may change prices for future periods. Prices for a period you have already paid for do not change.
Payments and invoices
PSX plans are priced in Pakistani rupees and Global plans in US dollars. Payment is made by bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or another method shown at checkout. A subscription or enrollment starts when we confirm your payment; unpaid orders expire automatically. Promotions and coupon codes apply only within their stated dates and limits and cannot be combined. A numbered invoice is issued for each confirmed payment.
Courses
Course enrollment is per batch. Lessons, recordings, slides, files and quizzes are available only to students enrolled in an active batch, for the access period stated for that batch. Live session schedules may change with notice. Certificates are issued on completing all lessons and passing all quizzes and can be verified publicly by their code.
Use of content
All analyses, signals, charts, course materials and the Smart Money name and logo belong to Smart Money or its licensors. Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable licence to read the content for your own use. You may not copy, resell, republish, screenshot-and-forward, record, or share paid content in groups, channels or other websites. Sharing a public link to a page is welcome.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the site, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful material, or impersonate Smart Money or its staff. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, without refund where the breach is serious, such as redistributing paid content.
Liability
The Service is provided for research and education; see the Risk Disclaimer. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that content is error-free or that the site will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or on the site before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have jurisdiction.
