Inverse head and shoulders

An inverse head and shoulders is a bottoming pattern: three troughs with the middle one lowest, whose neckline break often starts an uptrend.

How the inverse head and shoulders works

The mirror image of the head and shoulders: a low, a lower low and a higher low, with the highs between them forming the neckline. Sellers fail to push price lower each time.

It completes when price closes above the neckline.
